Employees may choose a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan or a Health Savings Account (HSA). Maryland residents also have the option of a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).
A PPO option is available.
Vision benefits include annual eyes exams and coverage for glasses and contacts.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may make pre-tax contributions to NMR’s Health or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts to help pay for health care or dependent care expenses.
Full-time NMR employees are provided with fully paid group life insurance. Additional life insurance may be purchased for yourself and your dependents at a group discount rate.
Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability
NMR provides all full-time employees with Short-Term Disability insurance and Long-Term Disability insurance to provide you with income during a period of disability.

Paid holidays and paid time off are provided to all full-time employees.
Other leave, such as Bereavement Leave and Jury Duty Leave, are also available to our staff.

Employee Referral Incentive
NMR encourages employees to refer qualified candidates for our open positions. Employees who refer candidates who are offered and accept full-time employment will be paid a referral incentive.
External Referral Incentive
To encourage referrals from friends and colleagues, NMR also offers a $1,000 incentive to anyone who refers a qualified candidate who is hired and completes 90 days of full-time employment.
