NMR Consulting Will Host Third M2C Career Transition Assistance Program in Huntsville, Ala.

Service Members and Veterans are Invited to Attend

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., March 6, 2015 – NMR Consulting, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is hosting its third Military-to-Civilian (M2C) Career Transition Assistance Program in Huntsville, Ala. M2C teaches transitioning and recently separated service men and women how to effectively search for civilian careers and interview, thereby increasing their chances for a successful transition.

“The advice and guidance the M2C Transition Assistance Program team gave me [were] instrumental for my success,” posted an M2C alumnus on the group’s LinkedIn page. “After I implemented the changes suggested to me at the seminar, I was literally inundated by job opportunities.”

In partnership with Still Serving Veterans, the free one-day M2C workshop will be held on May 19, 2015, at NMR’s office in Huntsville, Ala. Participants will receive assistance with résumé writing, interview preparation, and online profile creation and/or revision from the human resources professionals and veterans of NMR and its teaming partners.

In-depth interaction with instructors and assistants will give each M2C participant personal attention, ensuring their individual needs and goals are met.
