Meet NMR at the American Freedom Foundation’s Warriors To The Workforce on Aug. 12

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Aug. 1, 2015 – NMR Consulting (NMR) will participate in the Warriors to the Workforce Hiring Event at the Von Braun Center’s East Hall on Aug. 12, 2015. The event, presented by the American Freedom Foundation and Still Serving Veterans, brings together major companies from throughout the country to profile their services and provide employment opportunities for veterans.

Warriors to the Workforce is part of the American Freedom Foundation’s nationwide initiative to help veterans find jobs. It has connected thousands of veterans to participating companies for civilian employment opportunities. Sessions are free for veterans, active military personnel, and their spouses.

NMR will be on hand to discuss open positions and the Military-to-Civilian (M2C) Transition Assistance Program with attendees. M2C is a free one-day workshop that gives transitioning military personnel one-on-one assistance with writing résumés, interviewing, and building social media profiles.

Warriors to the Workforce is held in association with Still Serving Veterans and in conjunction with the 2015 Space and Missile Defense (SMD) Symposium, one of the largest defense exposition and professional development symposia in the Southeast.
