CHANTILLY, Va., Feb. 19, 2014 – NMR Consulting is in Huntsville, Ala., to participate in the American Freedom Foundation’s Warriors To The Workforce Hiring Event. The two-day event, held during the 2014 AUSA Winter Symposium and Exposition on Feb. 19 and Feb. 20, is presented by Source America and in association with Still Serving Veterans.
Warriors to the Workforce provides resources and information to veterans and transitioning military. In addition to transition workshops, event participants have the opportunity to meet with veteran friendly employers.
At the event, NMR will present its Military-to-Civilian (M2C) Transition Assistance Program. NMR will launch its successful day-long seminar in Huntsville for the first time in May.
The Warriors to the Workforce presentation topics cover networking, resume writing, career planning, and military skills translation, mirroring those of NMR’s own M2C program.
