PLANNING AND DEPLOYMENT
As a Microsoft qualified Package Service Provider, NMR plans and executes new SharePoint deployments
and upgrades. Microsoft Software Assurance customers can redeem vouchers towards planning services
through the SharePoint Deployment Planning Services (SDPS) program, which includes a best practices
approach to SharePoint deployment planning, upgrade planning, and Internet sites planning.
Support and Training
Service desk support and end-user training are crucial to any SharePoint system. We provide comprehensive support using a three tiered approach aligned with industry best practices. We tailor the structure of our support organization to the business needs of each individual client, providing full or part time SharePoint specialists who can work remotely or onsite. We also provide a range of training services including instructor-led training, recorded training sessions, user guides, quick reference materials, and one on-one training.
ADMINISTRATION
Our team, which consists of both SharePoint and SQL Server experts, offers onsite and remote SharePoint
administration services, including server farm, site collection, and site administration. We have the expertise
to master complex, large-scale server farms with clustered database servers, simple site collections
potentially hosted in the cloud, and everything in between.
HEALTH AND OPTIMIZATION
To ensure an optimized, resilient SharePoint environment, NMR offers protection and peace of mind with our Health and Optimization services. Our assessments, either one-time or periodic checks, provide visibility into the overall health of a SharePoint environment with an actionable report of our findings. Paired with configuration optimization services, NMR ensures the best possible operating conditions for SharePoint
server farms, sites, site collections, databases, and services.
MIGRATIONS AND UPGRADES
The process of moving from one version of SharePoint to another can range from simple to complex expending on the scale and customization level of the environment. NMR has the experience necessary to handle any type of deployment scenario, as well as the ability to execute migrations from other technologies to SharePoint (e.g. Lotus Notes and Documentum). For organizations with available Software Assurance vouchers, the SDPS program includes planning services for upgrades to SharePoint.
