• Polaris is structured as a multiple‑award, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, set up with discrete socioeconomic pools, including SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, and Small Business, to ensure diversity and broaden opportunity in the federal contracting marketplace.
